OSHA rules (Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens Standards) impact various aspects of medical\/infectious waste, including management of sharps, requirements for containers that hold or store medical\/infectious waste, labeling of medical\/infectious waste bags\/containers, and employee training.<\/p>\n
