The complete detailed disposal requirements are found in\u00a0Medical Waste Program Regulations, Article 14<\/p>\n<h3><strong>OSHA Regulations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the state medical waste environmental regulations there are some Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules that apply to medical\/infectious waste. Arizona is one of 24 states operating an approved occupational safety and health program. This program is operated by the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ica.state.az.us\/ADOSH\/ADOSH_main.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-758\" src=\"http:\/\/biohazardwasteregulations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/arrow1.png\" alt=\"link-arrow\" width=\"14\" height=\"14\" \/><\/a>\u00a0.
